We’re looking for an experienced professional to oversee the processed cheese manufacturing and packaging operations at our Baramati plant. This role demands a hands-on leader to ensure top-tier quality, efficiency, safety, and compliance with HACCP, GMP, and EHS standards.
Production Team Advisor – Cheese
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead daily cheese production with a strong focus on quality and safety
- Monitor line efficiency, staff performance, and process parameters
- Implement corrective actions to manage non-conformances
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness as per set standards
- Collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement
- Control losses, manage rework, and maintain accurate records
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Dairy Technology or Dairy Science
- 5–10 years of relevant production experience
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Commitment to food safety, team growth, and operational excellence
