Position: Production Supervisor
Industry Experience: FMCG (Spices) – 2 to 3 years
Location: Raipur
Salary Package: 20-25 CTC
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Manage and supervise production staff, ensuring optimal performance
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor and maintain production schedules
- Implement and enforce safety and quality control measures
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience in Manpower Handling
- Strong Planning and Implementation skills
- Section Management expertise
