Key Requirements:

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the FMCG sector.
Education: B.Tech (Mechanical).
Proficiency in 5S, GEMBA, Safety protocols, Kaizen, TPM, SMED, RCA, Lean methodologies, and Process improvement.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the manufacturing operations with a focus on excellence and efficiency.
Implement and oversee continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and minimize waste.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Drive the implementation of Lean methodologies and best practices to enhance productivity.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to address operational issues.
Mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
