Madhu Jayanti International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to join its manufacturing team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
Position: Production Supervisor
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily production operations and ensure timely execution of production plans
Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance teams
Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards
Manage manpower, including contract workers and operators
Maintain production reports and shift documentation
Drive operational efficiency by reducing wastage and minimizing downtime
Coordinate with QA, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations
Ensure workplace safety and support employee training
Required Skills: Knowledge of GMP & Food Safety practices
Production planning and execution
Manpower management
Leadership and problem-solving skills
Reporting and documentation
Good communication skills
Preferred Candidate Profile: • Experience in the FMCG or Food Manufacturing industry
• Ability to work in shifts
• Strong team management skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
