Position: Production & QA Officer (Bakery)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure GMP, food safety, hygiene, and QA/QC compliance.
- Maintain product and supplier specifications and testing records.
- Support HACCP implementation, internal audits, and mock recalls.
- Conduct analytical testing of raw materials and finished products.
- Plan and schedule weekly production efficiently.
- Assist in new product development and SOP implementation.
- Prepare daily QA, QC, and non-conformance reports for management.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC or production within the food manufacturing industry (bakery experience preferred).
