We are looking for a Production Shift Officer to join our team.
Experience: 2–3 years in Food Manufacturing/Production
Key Requirement: Strong knowledge of Food Technology & Retort Operations
Production Shift Officer – Food Manufacturing|Tasty Bite
Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day production activities during the shift.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Quality, GMP and Safety standards.
• Operate and monitor retort sterilization processes, including critical process parameters.
• Drive production as per plan while achieving productivity and yield targets.
• Monitor process deviations and coordinate effective troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, BMRs, CCP/CP requirements and process controls.
• Lead and engage shop-floor teams for safe and efficient operations.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and other cross-functional teams for smooth production.
