Salary: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead and manage end-to-end tea manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage production, blending & packaging operations
• Achieve production targets and improve productivity
• Manage manpower, shifts & factory discipline
• Ensure quality, hygiene & food safety standards
• Control wastage, costs & production efficiency
• Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Stores & Purchase teams
• Ensure FSSAI/GMP/HACCP compliance
• Handle preventive maintenance and reduce machine downtime
Preferred: Experience in Tea / FMCG / Food Manufacturing will be an added advantage.
