We are looking for an experienced PRODUCTION SHIFT LEADER to join our growing team!
Department: Production
Industry: Frozen Food
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Frozen Food Industry
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise daily production activities during the assigned shift.
• Lead and guide production staff to achieve daily production targets.
• Ensure production processes are carried out efficiently and as per quality standards.
• Monitor manpower, production output, material usage, and machine performance.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments for smooth production.
• Identify and resolve production issues and minimize downtime.
• Maintain production records, shift reports, and other required documentation.
• Train and motivate team members to improve productivity and performance.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and GMP practices across the production area.
