We are looking for a passionate and experienced Food Technologist / Quality Manager to join our growing team in Lucknow.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve bakery & food products, new products and recipes
- Standardize recipes, processes and product specifications
- Ensure product quality, shelf life and food safety
- Train and support production teams
- Monitor production and troubleshoot quality issues
- Work on cost optimization and raw material evaluation
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other regulations
- Maintain documentation and quality records
- Improve and optimize processes for better efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in bakery/food manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of product development, quality control and food safety
- Passion for innovation, quality and excellence
- Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
