Position: Production Senior Officer

At KAG Industries, a leader in contract manufacturing of malt-based food products, nutritional powders, instant premixes, and health supplements, we’re looking for a Production Senior Officer to help drive operational excellence and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee premix preparation for sports nutrition
- Operate blenders: Ribbon, Octagonal, Plough Share Mixer
- Maintain BMR, BPR, and ERP records
- Ensure GMP, FSSC 22000, and ISO compliance
- Collaborate with QA/QC, manage materials, and lead continuous improvement projects
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Food Tech, Chemistry), B.Pharm, B.Tech (Food Tech)
- Experience: 3–6 years in Sports Nutrition / Nutraceutical / Food Industry
- Skills in documentation, blender operation, hygiene, safety, and team supervision
