Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
- Moni tor production processes and adjust parameters to optimize output.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth production flow.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new production processes.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and report progress.
