Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities to meet output and quality targets
- Moni tor machinery and equipment performance and coordinate maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Optimize production processes for better efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Lead and mentor shop floor teams to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to resolve issues quickly
- Maintain detailed production reports and documentation
