Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene across the plant
- Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance protocols and regulatory compliance
- Lead audits, inspections, and root cause analysis for quality-related issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvements
- Train and guide plant staff on hygiene practices and quality SOPs
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports for traceability and compliance
