Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Develop and implement production schedules and workflows to optimize productivity.
- Manage and train production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations such as GMP, HACCP, 5 S, ISO-22000, and quality management systems.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Procurement, to ensure seamless operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness.
