Production Floor Executive (Food Technology)

Wellversed, a leading wellness brand portfolio, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Floor Executive to join our team in Gurugram, Haryana.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop weekly and daily production plans based on demand.
Coordinate with the sourcing team for required ingredients.
Maintain checklists for floor hygiene, machinery, and maintenance.
Ensure availability of handlers on the production floor.
Track and report production input, output, wastage, and WIP.
Ensure adherence to production processes, as outlined by the R&D team.
Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GHP (Good Hygiene Practices).
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain and Quality Assurance.
Lead and schedule training sessions for the team to maximize efficiency.
Implement inventory management practices like FIFO and inventory aging.
Experience & Skills Required:
Minimum 1 year of experience in managing production floors in the food manufacturing industry.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel or Google Sheets).
Good discipline, attention to detail, and manpower handling skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in Three Sigma, Six Sigma, GHP, and GMP.
Additional certifications like HACCP, 5S, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, or Auditor’s training.
