Qualifications Required:
BSc, MSc, or B.Tech in Food Technology or Dairy Technology
Experience:
Minimum 2 years, up to 6 years of experience
Vacancies: 5 positions available
Preferred Industry Background:
Candidates with experience in Food, Dairy, or Nutraceutical industries will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production activities, ensuring the production process runs efficiently and effectively.
Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Coordinate with various departments to manage production schedules and meet deadlines.
Monitor equipment and ensure routine maintenance is performed as required.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and industry standards.
Manage and train production staff to meet company objectives.
