Griffith Foods, a global leader in food innovation and sustainability, is looking for a dynamic Plant Manager to lead operations at our Bengaluru facility.
As our Plant Manager, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, people leadership, and strategic transformation across all site functions—including Production, Quality, Safety, Planning, HR, and Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
Full ownership of end-to-end factory operations
Championing HSE and food safety compliance
Leading cross-functional teams and fostering a high-performance culture
Driving continuous improvement (GPI) and cost optimization
Aligning operations with strategic business objectives

What We’re Looking For:
15+ years of manufacturing experience (min. 5 years in plant leadership)
Deep knowledge of food production, Lean practices & FSSAI compliance
Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Food, or Dairy preferred)
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
