Plant Machine Operators -Frozen Foods Division

Open Positions & Responsibilities:

1. Hydro Cutter Operator

Operate hydro-cutting machines to ensure precise cutting of potatoes
Monitor cutting efficiency and troubleshoot minor issues
Ensure hygienic and safe operation

2. Sorter Operator

Operate and monitor sorting equipment
Identify and remove defective or foreign materials
Maintain output quality standards

3. Blancher Operator

Control blanching time and temperature
Ensure consistent blanching quality
Coordinate with upstream and downstream operations

4. Dryer Operator

Operate drying equipment for moisture removal
Monitor machine parameters and adjust as needed
Maintain product consistency and texture

5. Fryer Operator

Control frying time, oil temperature, and oil quality
Ensure safety standards during hot oil operations
Maintain product color, taste, and texture

6. IQF Operator (Individual Quick Freezer)

Operate the IQF machinery to rapidly freeze product
Monitor freezer performance and adjust settings

Prevent product clumping and maintain hygiene

7. Receiving Operator

Oversee unloading and inspection of raw materials
Maintain inventory records
Ensure compliance with food safety standards

8. Packing Operator

Operate packing machines and ensure proper packaging
Monitor packing speed and quality
Label and store finished goods as per SOP

Eligibility Criteria:

2–3 years of experience in a similar role is mandatory
Must have food industry experience (French fries experience preferred)
Candidates without food processing experience will not be considered
