PMV Nutrient Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Plant HPlant Head ead to lead manufacturing operations at our state-of-the- art food processing facility.
Location: Pataudi, Haryana
CTC: ₹12–15 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production operations.
- Drive productivity, quality, and cost optimization.
- Manage production planning and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, and food safety standards.
- Lead and develop production teams.
- Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain for seamless operations.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- B.Tech/B.Sc. in Food Technology/Food Science (Essential).
- Mechanical Engineering qualification will be an added advantage.
- 10–15+ years of experience in food manufacturing.
- Minimum 5 years in a Plant Head/Production leadership role.
- Strong expertise in process optimization, team management, and continuous improvement.
