Experience :- Experience in food industry.

Salary Range :- 30k -45k PM

Experience :- 5-10 yrs.

Qualification :- B Tech Food and Microbiologist

Roles and Responsibilities
Implementation of Quality management system
implementation process and ensure existing and new
quality initiatives like HACCP, QMS and HAS are effectively
established and sustained.

To coordinate in compliance of Surveillance & recertification Audit of Food safety management system
(ISO 22000) & HALAL Audit and its CAPAs Closure
Responsible for the Internal Quality Audit CAPA closure
and sustenance.

To review the SOPs and subsequent compliance of
Document data life cycle as per requirements of QMS.

To support in site validation program in order to protocol preparation, data compilation and report generation.

Collate data on Site Quality KPl data and Critical Quality
Attributes of products manufactured, Internal audits, CCFs, Validations.

Responsible for the investigation of consumer complaint
To ensure external testing plan is being followed at site as per and closer within time frame as per SOP.

To support in recall simulation exercise in order to compileholder the traceability information from relevant stake holder.
