Producer Company incorporated under part-IX-A of Companies Act 1956 in 2016 and is primarily engaged in pooling, purchasing of milk from around 40000
women farmers from 4 Districts of Rajasthan i.e., Alwar, Bharatpur, Jhunjhunu & Churu and marketing of Mik and Milk Product under the name of ‘Sakhi’.
With an annual Turnover of Rs. 345 Cr handling approx. 2 Lakhs Litre of milk per day. At Sakhi we are looking for
competent and result oriented candidates as per below details :-
Position :- Field Supervisor/ Facilitator (Female candidates only)
Qualification :- Graduation (Any Stream)
Job Location :- Alwar, Bharatpur, Jhunjhunu & Churu
Experience :- 0-2 Years

ABOUT US :-
Sakhi dairy was incorporated on 19th March 2016 with registered name Sakhi Mahila Milk Producer Company Limited with aim of bringing about a socio economic change through animal husbandry.
On 12th November 2016 Sakhi officially began its business operations of collection of milk from its members, with our services we were able to get our women members the best prices for their milk in the area.
Although we had a humble beginning with just a few MPPs (Milk Pooling Points) and a few producer members.
From the beginning itself we were a company with women empowerment as central agenda, both social and economic.
The overall condition of a household is observed to be improved when women are economically stronger, they get socially uplifted when they have a bigger say in household’s financial decisions.
