Mysore Facility:
Our Mysore manufacturing facility, spread over 69 acres, is USFDA approved and specializes in the production of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) for global markets, with a focus on Lifestyle-driven Therapeutic Areas such as Cardiovascular and Central Nervous System (CNS) treatments.
Roorkee Facility:
Our Roorkee facility is a state-of-the-art unit approved by regulatory authorities such as USFDA, Japan PMDA, UK MHRA, TGA, WHO, and Brazil ANVISA. This facility focuses on a business-to-business (B2B) model, catering to EU, Canada, and emerging markets.
R&D:
We have a team of around 500 research and development professionals based in Noida and Mysore, working on the development of new products in APIs, Solid Dosage Formulations, Sterile Injectables, Semi-Solids, Ointments, Creams, and Liquids. Our facilities are equipped for Bioequivalence/Bioavailability (BA/BE) studies and hold global regulatory accreditations.
Regulatory and Patents:
Our Regulatory Affairs & IPR professionals ensure a unique portfolio of patents and product filings in both regulatory and non-regulatory markets.
Company Growth:
Jubilant Pharma has experienced continuous revenue growth, reaching INR 53,240 Million during the Financial Year 2018-19 compared to INR 39,950 Million in 2017-18.
Key Responsibilities:
Intermediate/Clean room/SRP:
- Production of Intermediates/API/Solvent Recovery as per pre-approved instructions.
- Cleaning activities as per procedure and documentation.
- Equipment calibration and maintenance.
- Online equipment status updates.
- Material handling, including procurement and inventory management.
- Documentation preparation and revision.
- Support for troubleshooting and scale-up.
- Safety, health, and environmental monitoring.
Functional Skills:
- Handling production equipment.
- Documentation, including BMR/BPR.
- Basic CGMP knowledge.
Behavioral Skills:
- Critical thinking.
- Problem-solving.
- Attention to detail.
Education & Experience:
- Degree in Science or Graduate Engineers in Chemical Engineering (Chemistry/Chemical/PCM/Bio-Chemistry).
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
