Proficiency in Biscuits, Cake, Rusk, and Bakery Manufacturing Processes
Strong Management Skills

Preferred Industry Experience: FMCG – Biscuits, Cake, Rusk, Bakery, or Food Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

Optimize workforce allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity, with a focus on payroll incentives.

Verify and ensure compliance with standard procedures for controlling weight, gauge, size, color, and product appearance.

Set process parameters based on product variety and arrange necessary materials and preparatory items.

Collect and record data for Total Quality Management (TQM), create control charts, and manage the production process.

Minimize changeover time, manufacturing defects, and production downtime to meet budgeted targets.

Continuously track raw material variances.

Physically verify critical control points such as SIEVE, METAL DETECTOR, and WEBS, maintaining documents in accordance with ISO, HAACP, and FCC format.

Ensure recipes meet standard parameters for variety and preparatory items.

Properly configure variables like AMMONIĄS, M.B.S, WATER, and OVEN PROFILE to meet quality standards, using materials with the correct Manufacturing Date and Lot Number.

Maintain the biscuit grinder room by ensuring dust availability and updating traceability records.

Emphasize Root Cause Analysis and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions following Food Bylaws and Compliance (F.B.C).
