Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Manager for Food and Nutraceutical Ingredients, including vitamins and flavors. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers and offering commercial and technical support to the food, beverage, and dairy industries for marketing ingredients.
- Conducting technical product promotions via digital marketing platforms and customer visits.
- Building a strong network with senior-level contacts in leading food, beverage, bakery, and nutraceutical manufacturing companies.
- Coordinating effectively with suppliers and customers.
- Spearheading the development of new business for food and beverage ingredients while promoting products.
- Identifying potential customers through personal contacts, websites, marketing intelligence, exhibitions, and seminars.
- Coordinating various events and technical seminars to boost business promotion.
- Creating technical literature and dossiers for nutraceutical ingredients, food ingredients, and flavors.
- Preparing presentations and conducting clinical data analysis for health food and nutraceutical ingredients.
- Demonstrating a keen interest in digital marketing, social media marketing, and willingness to travel.
- Promoting products online through webinars, group meetings, and online exhibitions.
- Coordinating with universities, R&D labs, and NPD centers for the development of food ingredients, dairy ingredients, and nutraceutical products.
- Demonstrating knowledge of FSSAI – India and FDA regulations.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Food Ingredients, Flavors, Colors, Dairy Ingredients, and Nutraceutical Ingredient applications in NPD and marketing.
