Career Opportunity: Senior Executive – Bread Production
Join our team! We’re seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Senior Executive in Bread Production, exclusively from the FMCG (Bakery) Industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute daily operational tasks in production.
- Monitor plant outcomes, manage manpower, and ensure productivity and production targets are met.
- Emphasize quality targets, address violations, and implement corrective actions.
- Execute controlled planning of Raw Materials/Packaging Materials according to the production plan.
- Establish SOPs for Manufacturing, Inspection, Quality Assurance, Safety, and Hygiene.
Position: Executive (Breads – Production)
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Location: Sonipat
Salary: Negotiable
