Job Opportunity: Export Sales & Marketing Head

We are seeking a dynamic Export Sales & Marketing Head with expertise in international markets, focusing on the USA, Middle East, and African regions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive International Sales & Marketing initiatives in assigned zones.
  2. Develop and maintain business relationships with existing customers within allocated zones.
  3. Innovate and introduce new products to cater to both existing and potential customers.
  4. Ensure achievement of budgeted targets and profit maximization.
  5. Forecast production needs based on market and customer requirements.
  6. Coordinate internally for samples, shipments, customer contracts, audits, and complaint resolution.
  7. Manage international logistics, negotiating rates, and improving transit times.
  8. Gather primary and secondary data for assigned territories.
  9. Conduct business intelligence, including competitor profiling and understanding regional advantages.
  10. Appoint and manage distributors, agents, and retailers, monitoring stock status and pricing strategies.
  11. Collaborate with the Marketing team to finalize marketing plans and catalogues for the assigned zone.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and sales/marketing skills.
  • Experience in FMCG markets of the USA, Middle East, and Africa, including business travel.
  • Previous work in the FMCG food industry, preferably in biscuits.
  • 12-15 years of experience in Export Sales & Marketing within the FMCG sector.
  • Qualification: BSC, MBA, Diploma in International Marketing.

Salary: Up to 50 Lakhs / Annum (CTC)
