Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for conducting village survey,conducting farmer meeting, selecting VLC inchargefor setting up VLC (village level collection center)

2. Responsible for connecting & motivating farmers toimprove collection & register them for milkprocurement at village level, ensuring timely & qualitymilk collection from villages

3. Will be responsible for managing route, openingnew VLCs, adding new farmers to increase collectionper village

4. Ensuring compliance on milk collection usingAMCU system, payment to farmers5. Providing cattle feed, mineral mixture & animalwelfare related services to farmersDesired Candidate Profile

1. Should have worked in milk procurement in VLCbased system collection

2. Should have experience in working with farmers inrural area & building network of farmers

3. Should have experience of conducting village levelsurvey, doing door to door visits to farmer, conductingfarmer meetings

4. Experience in Dairy Procurement is must for AreaOfficer, Supervisors can have experience in dairy, agriproducts in rural areas

5. BSC Agri or MSW is required, Freshers can apply forroute supervisor position.
