ITC Limited – Foods Business Division is hiring for the
below positions.

  • Position : AM-Food Technologist

Location: Bangalore

Criteria :
Should have experience/willingness to work in a fresh
food manufacturing environment

Should have experience / knowledge of frozen cycle of
fresh food and the effects of the freezing process on the
various fresh food products

Should have knowledge in baked goods and other fresh
food categories

Should have understanding / knowledge of the
ingredients and their behavior in different scenarios

-Get involved in food trials of new product launch and do
testing and validation along with microbiologist.

-Work with PD team in understanding the recipes so that the he/she can recommend tweaking to tolerate the shelf
life and operational challenges

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Product development
  • Position : Microbiologist

Location : Bangalore

Details :
Schedule and co-ordinate testing with external lab

Shelf life validation exercise on a regular basis and with
any addition in the menu

-Audit the central kitchen and Cloud kitchens as per
schedule in terms of food safety

  • Highlight all gaps and make a corrective action plan
    with execution for all gaps in the audits/ Visits/ Rounds/
    Observation
  • Preparing the central kitchen for IS022000
    CERTIFICATION

Should be mobile to visit all the cloud kitchens for audit
and implementation of GHP GMP and SOPs

Internal and external trainings of all food handlers
Minimum 5 years of experience

  • Position : Assistant Brand Manager – Fresh Dairy

Location: Bangalore

Qualification & Experience :
-Minimum 4 to 5 years of Branding exposure in Dairy
Good expertise on Marketing strategies

  • Handled Branding for Fresh Dairy
