Open Positions:
1. QC (Quality Control)
Min. 1-year experience in French Fries/Food Industry
Responsible for quality checks, sampling, and reporting
2. Hydro Cutter Operator
Operate & maintain potato cutting machine
Ensure blade sharpness & uniform cutting
3. Sorter Operator
Handle sorting machine
Remove defective products to maintain quality
4. Blancher Operator
Operate blancher machine for partial cooking
Monitor time & temperature for proper processing
5. Dryer Operator
Operate dryer after blanching
Maintain correct moisture levels
6. Fryer Operator
Monitor frying temperature & time
Maintain oil quality and product consistency
7. IQF Operator (Individual Quick Freezer)
Operate IQF system for freezing French fries
Ensure proper freezing & cold chain
8. Receiving Operator
Inspect raw potatoes at receiving
Check vehicle hygiene & supplier compliance
9. Packing Operator
Manage frozen food packing process
Ensure sealing, labeling, and packaging standards
