- Responsibilities: Manage Plant HR and payroll functions, oversee administrative and compliance tasks.
- Minimum Experience: 2-3 years
- CTC (Cost to Company): 3 Lakhs
- Qualifications: MHRM/MBA in HR
2. Production Supervisor
- Responsibilities: Plan and oversee production operations, execute monthly production plans, ensure compliance with FSSAI standards. Ideal candidates will have experience in the Food Processing Industry.
- Minimum Experience: 2-3 years
- CTC (Cost to Company): 3 Lakhs
- Qualifications: B.Tech. in Food Technology
3. Electrical Engineer
- Responsibilities: Maintain electrical systems and machinery, optimize electrical costs, troubleshoot issues, and possess knowledge of GEB processes and HT connections.
- Minimum Experience: 3-5 years
- CTC (Cost to Company): 5 Lakhs
- Qualifications: B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering
