Key Job Responsibilities:
•Culinary skills necessary.
•Sensory lab evaluation of all finished goods including outsourced products on a daily basis.
•Regular inspection and sensory evaluation of SFG stock.
•Online sensory evaluation of products during production.
•Monitoring & assisting shop floor activities.
Taking commercial trials of new products and/or existing recipe revisions.
45 Day’s Online Internship with 6 certificate including FSSAI Certificate
Communicating & recording deviations as & when required.
