Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the R&D team in developing new peanut butter formulations and improving product quality.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and Marketing teams to ensure products meet market demands.
- Manage research projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory requirements related to peanut butter products.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and product testing to ensure high standards of taste, texture, and consistency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science.
- Experience in R&D within the food manufacturing industry, preferably with expertise in nut-based products. Freshers can also apply.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of successfully launching new products.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in product development.
