Position: Quality Assistant
Education:
- B.Sc | B.Tech | M.Sc. in Food Technology
Experience:
- 1 or 2 years
Job Description:
- In-process quality management
- Basic quality control testing of RM (Raw Materials), PM (Packaging Materials), and FG (Finished Goods)
- Implement quality standards
- Maintain Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) & Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) of the processing line
- Process monitoring
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and audits of the production line to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze and report on product samples to verify quality and safety.
- Collaborate with the production team to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to quality control processes and findings.
- Train and educate staff on quality standards and practices.
- Assist in the development and improvement of quality control procedures.
