Position: Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance
Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology or M.Sc. in Microbiology
Experience: Minimum 5 years
CTC: 5.5 to 7.5 LPA

Job Description:

1. Oversee quality assurance for raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), finished goods (FG), and processes.
2. Implement required systems as per FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001 standards.

3. Handle customer complaints and conduct root cause analysis.
4. Ensure HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices, and 5S implementation.
5. Guide chemistry and microbiology laboratory operations following good laboratory practices.
6. Manage pest control measures.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
