Job Role

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales & Marketing professional. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to maintain and develop B2B customers within various segments, including Bakery, Protein Industry, Snack, Premix, Beverages, RTD, RTE, QSR, and online food businesses. This role focuses on top and mid-level accounts in the region, aligning with the company’s sales policy.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Customer Needs and Requirements
  • Manage sales aimed at exploring and fulfilling customer needs.
  1. Strategic Alignment
  • Ensure alignment with marketing/sales strategies using business drivers, capabilities, and relate them to product/market segmentation, pricing, and positioning.
  1. Market Analysis
  • Continuously learn about market trends, competitors’ strengths and weaknesses to provide competitive and value-driven solutions.
  1. Sales Objectives
  • Translate the Sales Budget into broader sales objectives with a customer-centric focus.
  1. Sales and Customer Experience
  • Take direct responsibility for sales and enhancing customer experience.
  1. Development of Potential Customers
  • Drive sales by developing potential customers through concept selling and creating a project pipeline for our ingredients.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work cross-functionally within the organization to create distinctive value.
