Role Description:
As a Food Technologist or Dairy Technologist, your responsibilities will include:
- Team Management: Manage and motivate production staff to deliver exceptional work.
- Collaboration: Attend team meetings to discuss production status and address ongoing challenges.
- Production Oversight: Work closely with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and timely delivery of products.
- Policy Enforcement: Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures for all staff.
- Process Improvement: Recommend process enhancements to improve production quality and capacity.
- Scheduling: Collaborate with Managers to analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedules.
- Task Allocation: Plan and assign daily job duties to workers efficiently.
- Efficiency Maximization: Suggest changes in workflow, operations, and equipment to maximize production efficiency.
- Training: Provide job training to workers to help meet production goals.
- Problem-Solving: Investigate issues, analyze root causes, and define effective resolutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that the final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
