Key Responsibilities:
Assistant Restaurant Manager:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant.
- Manage staff, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Monitor and maintain food quality and presentation standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
F&B Executive:
- Assist in managing the restaurant’s food and beverage operations.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
- Ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor food and beverage stock levels and assist in inventory management.
- Support in organizing special events and promotions.
- Train and supervise junior staff members.
