Join The Coca-Cola Company as a Manager – Quality & Food Safety (QFS) and play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards across our bottling operations in the INSWA Operating Unit.
As part of our Technical Innovation & Supply Chain (TISC) team, you’ll lead quality strategy implementation, risk management, and capability building across multiple functions — from microbiology to thermal processing and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive QFS compliance (KORE, FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, etc.)
- Lead quality governance across bottling plants and partners
- Conduct risk-based audits and support issue resolution
- Implement robust water quality and microbiological programs
- Support thermal processing projects (Aseptic, Dairy, Hot-Fill PET)
- Build capability through training and onboarding frameworks
- Lead data-driven continuous improvement efforts
- Support product/package innovation and commercialization
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Master’s in Food Technology OR B.Sc. with Biochemistry/Microbiology/Life Sciences
- Experience: 6–7 years in Food/Beverage industry in QFS roles
- Certifications: HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, Thermal Processing
- Skills: Risk Assessment, Root Cause Analysis, Stakeholder Management, Quality Standards, Water Treatment, Dairy & Beverage Processing
