We are looking for an experienced Manager/Head – Stores (Raw Material) to join our team in the Frozen Food/Snacks manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in inventory management, food safety, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular audits, and implement FIFO/FEFO methods.
- Receiving and Storage: Supervise the receipt and storage of frozen materials, ensuring quality and temperature compliance.
- Compliance and Food Safety: Ensure adherence to HACCP, ISO, and FSSAI guidelines, and conduct regular inspections.
- Team Management: Supervise and train store staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure productivity.
- Coordination: Collaborate with procurement and production teams to meet material requirements and prepare stock reports.
- Process Optimization: Identify process improvements to reduce wastage and optimize storage space.
