1. Manager / Asst. Manager – Maintenance
Location: Assam
Education: B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical)
Experience: 7+ years in FMCG manufacturing (Chips/Namkeen preferred)
Salary: As per current CTC
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee preventive & breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure minimal downtime in production machinery.
- Manage a team of technicians and ensure safety compliance.
- Coordinate with production for smooth plant operations.
- Handle vendor management and spare parts inventory.
2. Shift Incharge – Production
Location: Assam
Education: B.Voc / B.Tech (Food Technology)
Experience
Salary: As per current CTC
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise production activities during the assigned shift.
- Ensure quality standards and output targets are met.
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
- Implement GMP, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Report daily shift performance and coordinate with QA and maintenance teams.
