Positions Available:
- Production Manager: Oversee day-to-day operations of the production department, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Shift Engineer: Ensure smooth functioning of machinery and equipment during assigned shifts, troubleshoot any technical issues, and coordinate with maintenance teams.
- Engineering Trainee: Assist senior engineers in various engineering tasks, learn and implement best practices, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- QA Chemist: Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods, maintain quality documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- QA Trainee: Learn and assist in quality assurance processes, conduct inspections, and support senior QA staff in maintaining product quality.
Responsibilities:
- Implement production plans to meet targets and deadlines efficiently.
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of engineering projects to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct quality tests using appropriate techniques and equipment, and analyze results for deviations.
- Document quality data and maintain accurate records for auditing purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Follow safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among team members.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
