Position: Production Team Leader
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Electronics & Engineering
- 6-10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry
- Experience in production yield calculation, breakdown analysis, production delivery, maintenance of machines, shift reports & data analysis, manpower handling, and knowledge of quality parameters
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to production schedules
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and minimize waste
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Train and mentor production staff to ensure competency and adherence to company policies
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality control, to optimize production processes
