About the Role:
Just Chill Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and skilled Food Technologist to join our team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food safety regulations, quality assurance systems, and food chemistry, with hands-on experience in product formulation and shelf life studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation of discussions and testing procedures.
- FSSAI and HACCP documentation.
- Development of SOPs and production protocols.
- Preparation of factory manuals and joblets.
- Lab design criteria and vendor library creation (equipment calibration and consumables).
- Implementation of protocols for lab processes.
- Ensuring compliance with FSSAI, BRC, and process flow diagrams.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Food Safety Regulations, HACCP, Sensory Evaluation, and Quality Assurance Systems.
- Proficient in Food Chemistry, Food Processing Technologies, and Shelf Life Studies.
- Excellent business development and analytical skills.
- Project planning and effective goal setting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Education Requirements:
- B.Tech. or M.Tech in Food Technology.
