Position: Senior Executive
Location: Greater Noida
Required Education and Experience: B..Com/M. Com/ BBA/MBA with minimum 5 years of experience in managing payroll.
Preferred Industry: Candidates from the Retail or FMCG industries will be preferred.
Job Role:
Manage and operate the required payroll reports for HO.
Manage the processing of payroll changes (e.g.,new hires, entity movement, role change, separations& terminations)
Liaise with stakeholders and manage payroll.
Collaborate with HO team for timely disbursement.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for payroll.
Inspect and audit payroll and F&F register,
received from HO.
Manage HR processes and ensure compliances as per the defined guidelines through periodical internal audits.
Skills Required:
Good analytical skills with subject matter expert.
Compensation & Benefits functions will be a Excellent MS Office skills (Excel & Power Point) Stakeholder Management.
