Position: Assistant Manager Quality Control

Qualification : B.Tech/M. Tech( Food Technology)

Location: KIZ Foods Mahuva, Bhavnagar, Gujrat

Experience:
Minimum 5-6 yrs. of experience in Quality Control, Out of
which 2-3 yrs. at least as Assistant Quality Control
Manager

Job Description :-
Responsible for managing quality of food products
produced as per the set specifications.

Develop and set specifications for raw materials, packaging materials and
finished goods.

Knowledge of standards such as ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC, Halal and HACCP certification is
essential.

Maintain all required documentation as per different standards and FSSAI.

Analysis/Control RM, PM and FG quality as per FSSAl requirement and parameters limits specific to importing countries.

Monitor and control process parameters. Monitoring, control and adherence to GMP, GHP and food safety is important. Work within QC
budgets.
