About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team at Cargill.

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our production facilities.

Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing safety standards, maintaining quality control, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring financial performance.

Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations in your assigned area, ensuring compliance with policies related to employee safety, food and feed safety, and environmental regulations.

Monitor production metrics, including quantity and quality, to uphold customer satisfaction and safety standards.

Collaborate closely with other production supervisors to meet customer requirements and timelines.

Manage the production budget for your department, process, or shift, including handling purchase orders and invoice payments.

Develop and implement operational plans, overseeing routine operations across multiple departments, processes, and shifts.

Provide guidance, supervision, and coaching to your team, instilling our company’s core values and guiding principles.

Make personnel decisions, including hiring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions, for your direct reports. You’ll also have a hands-on role in tasks performed by your team members.

Fulfill any other duties as assigned by the company.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with individuals at all levels within the plant.

Preferred Requirements:

At least one year of supervisory experience.
A minimum of two years of experience in production and warehouse management.
Willingness to work in Santo Tomas, Batangas.
