We are seeking a dedicated individual to become part of our Nourish team as a Food Technologist (Designer) focused on Dairy products. Your Focus:
As a Food Technologist (Designer), Dairy, you’ll be responsible for evaluating and applying flavors and ingredients in various dairy applications, covering products from milk to cheeses. This role is based in Gurgaon, India, reporting to the Team Leader, Dairy, and involves working on customer projects in the Africa Middle East/Turkey & India (AMETI) region.

How You Will Contribute:


  • Establish knowledge of recipe ingredients and their functions.
  • Basic understanding of functional ingredients like stabilizers, emulsifiers, dietary fibers, etc.
  • Develop and enhance the portfolio based on industry standards and client requirements.

Innovation/New Technology:

  • Participate in category initiatives and new concept generation.
  • Deep knowledge of dairy production/processing, including UHT dairy beverages and fermented dairy drinks.
  • Promote solutions to maximize flavor and technology performance.

Project Management:

  • Build awareness of operations within project parameters.
  • Exposure to GRA, legislation, and market trends.

Networking, Strategy & Business Knowledge:

  • Build relationships with other functions and customers.
  • Good understanding of B2B business, customer travels, and internal relations development.


  • Share knowledge with the team and provide guidance.
  • Inspire and build confidence in achieving targets.

Basic Criteria:

  • Good business knowledge, excellent communication skills, market knowledge.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Science, Dairy Technology, or Food Technology.
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to translate market trends into innovative products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
