programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain
constructive feedback.
Experience: 3-5 Years
Job Location: Mahadevapura, Bengaluru
Responsibilities
Develop standardized production, quality, and
customer-service standards
Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action
Perform internal and external quality audits and
compile detailed reports of findings
Build a strong team through coaching, men toring,
specific training and performance evaluations
Skills and Knowledge required:
Knowledge of GMP, GHP, ISO, BRC and GLP.
Knowledge of audit process, Pest Management,
Process control and data analysis.
Knowledge of policies and regulations.
Knowledge of vendor quality management.
Knowledge of MS office and SAP Languages required: English, Kannada, Hindi
Roles & Responsibilities:

The role would be responsible to work on identifying opportunities for improvement in process and packing lines in line with QMS principles.
Responsible to build specifications for RM, PM & FG
The role would be responsible to identify process gaps
and build mistake proofing or zero defect process.
The role would be responsible to analyze the current defects and process capabilities of processing and packaging.
