Qualifications :-
Graduate/Post Graduate in Chemistry or B.Tech. in
Chemical Engineering
Experience :- 7-12 years of industry experience
Skills :-
Proven expertise in research and development and commercial production of aromatic chemicals
Proficient in various analytical techniques
Ability to scale up processes from R&D/pilot stage to commercial production
Evaluate and improve processes and equipment
continuously
Troubleshoot process issues and implement necessary changes
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Embrace an innovative mindset
Strong problem-solving skills
