Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research on new technologies and materials for use in product development

Design and develop new products from concept to

lmprove existing products by researching new methods
and materials

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets market needs and company objectives

Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessments for new products

Develop prototypes and conduct testing to evaluate
product performance

Prepare technical reports, patents, and documentation to support product development and intellectual property protection

Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in
the industry and recommend changes to the company’s
product development strategies.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, such
engineering, science, or design.

At least 1-2 years of experience in research and product

Strong knowledge of product design, engineering
principles, and material science

Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze
complex technical problems and develop creative

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to
present complex technical information to non-technical

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
